First off we at IronLife.com & IronLife Online Magazine would like to thank you for taking time out of your schedule to do this interview with us.
- Where were you born and when?
I was born in Atlanta, Georgia on September 18 th 1981.
- Age?
22 years old.
- Nationality?
Irish, German, and Cherokee Indian.
- Measurements?
36D 24 36
- I'm sure many of our reading audience wants to know, are you single?
Yes.
- When did you get your start in the fitness industry?
About two years ago.
- What is your competition history?
Miss Teen Tennessee USA, Hawaiian Tropic, and several other modeling competitions.
- What is a typical weekly training split look like?
Usually cardio for an hour 5-6 days a week, and weights 4-5 times a week.
- Where do you train?
At Gold's Gym in Nashville, Tennessee.
- How important is diet?
To me, very important. I have a regular metabolism, so I have to watch what I eat.
- What supplements do you use?
Whey Protein, a fat burner, Glutamine, and a Multi Vitamin.
- What are your view on steroid supplementation?
I have never used any steroids, but I wouldn't judge someone who had.
- Who were some of your early inspirations and who do you most admire today?
I really admired Amy Fadhli, Brandy Dahl, and Kelly Ryan coming up, and I still do admire them.
- You have a lengthy resume including top level print and media experiences. Can our readers expect to see you on any news stands or on television in the near future?
I am in the current issue of American Curves, and I will be featured in the next issue of Fitness Beauties, and am shooting a cover for Hard Core Muscle Magazine at the end of this month.
- Off all of your modeling gigs which one is the most special and why?
Probably my first fitness shoot ever for Muscular Development magazine. I didn't really know what I was doing posing wise then, but the pictures came out and I was surprised and ecstatic to see they were used for the cover and a 30 page spread!
- Other than modeling and competing, what other businesses are you involved in?
I am currently involved in acting, and personal training. I also love writing, like my monthly column for bodybuilding.com "Ask A Fitness Model".
- Where can our readers find out more information about you?

- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Personally, living on the beach in Malibu in a cute house with tons of dogs, and a great guy. Professionally, expanding my career greatly in all facets of fitness, modeling, acting, and writing.
- What advice do you have for other young woman trying to break into the fitness and figure industry?
Don't ever give up on a dream, and don't take bull from anyone. Respect yourself, and those around you and you will be successful in anything you want out of life.
