Undercover Pro Interview

priest943/IronLife.com: I know you can’t give up too much but tell us a little about your self.
UC:Well I'm 285 off season about 247 contest shape IM 5ft 8 and 32 as of today.
priest943: Happy birthday big man. Thx for taking the time to do this.
UC:Oh no problem. I love interviews.
priest943: Can you give us some contest history?
UC:Well with out giving away too much lest just say I have won 15 amateur shows and IM going for my pro card next show.
priest943: Getting to the pro level is tough these days what do you think your chances are?
UC:HAA HAA. Ill be the star of the show! But yea I know what your saying it will be close when you consider the people ill be facing.
priest943: How much does gear use differentiate form off season to contest time?
UC:Not trying to be a dick or anything but I don’t give out pre-contest information. No sense giving the competition any help.
priest943: That’s fine brother. What about off season then?
UC:Off season I use 1500mg test and 600mg Deca and normally I throw in some d-bol along the way.
priest943: That’s really not what I expected. I thought someone at your level would use more test?
UC:I only use what I need to. I'm sure ill raise it over the years but I have my diet tight at 100% I think people who use a shit load of AAS are just overcompensating for lack of knowledge on diet.
priest943: I'm assuming you use insulin right?
UC:15iu post work out only I don’t like using a lot of it either I don’t take a lot of anything just what I need and no more.
priest943: I have read where Lee priest says he only uses 600mg of Deca /wk you think that’s true?
UC:I don’t believe it myself but it could be true. Don’t see why someone would admit to AAS but only low dose
priest943: Now about training what's your body part grouping?
UC:Mon. is chest / Tues back / Wed legs / Thurs. shoulders and arms. Fri, Sat and Sun rest.
priest943: You prefer high volume?
UC:Yes lots of sets about 15-18 sets for large muscle groups and 8-10 for smaller groups. High volume is the only way to be sure all the muscle fibers are worked to their limit.
priest943: How do you feel about HIT training?
UC:I don’t know of too many pros that use it. I just can’t see how a couple of sets to failure could work a muscle hard enough.
priest943: What is your biggest expense when it comes to bodybuilding?
UC:Food! my girl friend and I go shopping every 3 days. Red meat is big in my book. You need lots of calories if you want to grow.
priest943: Speaking of growing what’s your goal? How much mass do you think you can carry?
UC:I could see myself 260-265 contest shape but who really knows. IM going to go as far as I can. Maybe ill be the next super freak!!!
priest943: What does your family think of your bodybuilding?
UC:Well at first I just started out trying to gain some weight but my muscles took right off. After about a year I knew that I could go some place. All my family is behind me 100%.
priest943: A year huh? Dick head.
UC:HAA HAA that’s right you know you want to be me.
