Sexual Discrimination & Hormones
by Superior1 of www.superiornutraceuticals.com
At 13 years old, Sarahs’ mom Laura put her on hormones. You may say what? Why? What was wrong with her?? Well it happens tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousand times everyday in the United States. What drives this rush to the doctors’ office? What life threatening ailment do our young girls’ face that makes this many Mothers rush to the hospital? Well, it’s nothing other than fear of their daughters becoming sexually active. These hormones not only have NO real medical benefit, but along with them come adverse, severe and life threatening side effects. Huh? Ok, let me please back up a bit, I am beginning to fall prey to the hype that is placed on the use of testosterone and it’s derivatives or (male hormones), and I am placing this biased views on female hormones. And that’s simply not why I’m here writing this. I’d rather spread the facts, the truth and not a biased hype. Now back to the point. These methods of female hormone usage do have some (let me phrase it in the same words as www.plannedparenthood.org ); “possible disadvantages”. Take Note that they do not call them adverse side effects. Let’s look at a few that is stated at Planned Parenthood web site. Again we are NOT looking at adverse side effects, but only possible disadvantages.
We’ll first look at norplants:
POSSIBLE DISADVANTAGES OF NORPLANT - acne, skin rash, change in appetite, weight gain, depression
- hair loss or increased hair on the face or body, nervousness
- cysts on the ovaries
- irregular bleeding patterns
- headache
- nausea
- dizziness
- sore breasts
- discoloring or scarring of the skin over the implants
- risks of minor surgery
- removal is sometimes difficult, requiring more than one appointment
Next:
POSSIBLE DISADVANTAGES OF DEPO-PROVERA
- must receive injection every three months
- loss of monthly period, change of appetite, weight gain, *depression, hair loss, or increased hair on the face or body, *nervousness, skin rash or spotty darkening of the skin, change in sex drive
- irregular bleeding patterns
- Bone density loss
- headache
- nausea
- dizziness
- sore breasts
side effects not reversed until medication wears off (up to 12 weeks) may cause delay in getting pregnant after shots are stopped pregnancies, which rarely occur, are more likely to be ectopic (in a fallopian tube) And next:
POSSIBLE DISADVANTAGE OF POPs
- must be taken at the same time of day each day to reduce the risk of pregnancy and irregular bleeding
- irregular bleeding patterns
- headache
- nausea
- dizziness
- sore breasts
Doesn’t a lot of those sound pretty familiar, the possibile disadvantages?? It’s funny bad sad how the simple wording, adverse side effects and possible disadvantages sounds so different even though the effects are the same. I guess it depends on the agenda of the one putting out the particular info.
These hormones primary uses are mostly for moms’ peace of mind. So she can sleep at night knowing she isn’t going to be raising her babies’ baby. It’s a convenience mostly for moms’ sake. Ok so they have possible disadvantages, but what do they do to the body? Well honestly they actually alter the course of nature; they change events in the body that wouldn’t otherwise take place if the additional hormones were not present. Sound a little familiar to some of you guys doesn’t it? And this is stuff we are giving to our teen girls. Female hormones!!! So it’s ok if they aren’t trying to be like their favorite sports’ figure or cheat so they can be stronger or faster. It’s ok if it’s going to encourage unprotected sex and teen promiscuity, even though both male or female hormones alters their bodies natural course, It doesn’t matter, it’s about what is accepted in society. One isn’t better nor worse than the other in reality. But still female hormones’ are requested by moms across America with less effort than Martha running over Ms. Jones flower bed on her way to the pharmacy. Female hormones are handed out as freely and easily by doctors as well. We won’t even discuss what this is saying on a moral stand point to our young teen girls about having sex. In an indirect way it’s saying it’s ok as long as you don’t inconvenience mom.
Do these girls have much control over the fact that they take this poison, I mean pills? I mean do you really think it’s the 13 year old girl that has the knowledge and foresight to do something to avoid pregnancy? I doubt it seriously. It’s these parents that put these girls ‘on’ cycle, I mean ‘on’ the pill. We have to be careful how we phrase things remember. It’s all in how it sounds!! Our government teaches us this. I’ll be damned if this is the case then why can’t the same girls father whom is now turning 50 not walk into his doctors office and with a snap of his finger have the doc toss him a vial of male hormone? Much less a father to come in and request some testosterone for his 13 year old son so he can knock the ball out to parking lot distances. I may sound as if I’m promoting teen steroid usage, not at all. In fact I’m making the opposite point that society has now brought us. It’s about education based on facts and truth. Why not? They teach birth control (hormonal at that) in schools’ sex ed. classes. Why not have an electorial class on the truths of steroid usage. While they teach teens that’s it’s better to abstain from sex than to get on the pill. But at the same time they say teens will be teens so you might as well teach them about birth control because they are going to do it anyway. In the same way boys will be boys and they’re going to do what they are going to do. They can teach it’s better to abstain from steroid usage, but since they are going to do what they do anyway, teach them the truth and in return keep them safe.
The same hormone that is equally important not only in hundreds of functions on his body, but also the sexual function that pretty much directly brought little Ms. Sarah to existence. Why is it then that man has to suffer sexual dysfunction, lack of energy, bone density losses and losses of muscle mass, weakening arterial walls, among hundreds of other issues? Did you know that this same class of pill given to young teens is again given to older women who are headed into menopause to help with the several factors that result due to the lack of the female hormone? But men cannot just go in and obtain freely the very same hormones that are predominant in our systems!!
Less look at one view that the medical community has on “the pill”
Take a moment and read below. I’m going to take the liberty to make a few notes as it goes along!!
The other side of the pill
No medication is without risks, but the pill has a far better track record than its reputation indicates, especially since the introduction of low-dose varieties. These risks, though small, are still associated with the pill:
Blood clots — Unless a woman has a history of developing blood clots in her veins, her risk with the pill is very small. At most, it may increase from 1 in 10,000 to 2 in 10,000.
Stroke — The risk for nonsmokers while taking the pill is negligible — barely more than not taking the pill at all.
Higher blood pressure — A study in the April 1998 issue of the Journal of Women's Health found that postmenopausal women who had taken the pill for 5 years or less in their lifetimes had slightly increased blood pressures. Their diastolic blood pressures (the second number) were 3.9 millimeters of mercury higher than women who had never taken birth control pills.
Ok now let us apply these above statements to say Anabolic Steroids!! Do they all not fit with the advice that we in the AAS community think, believe and portray to others who seek advice and knowledge of them? They paint the pill as something safe as long as you don’t have underlying conditions. Isn’t this pretty much the same with Anabolics? If so then why do the hell people think you pop a dianabol and your nuts instantly shrivel, and your liver swells the size of a medicine ball. Look how they word the phrase after ‘stroke‘!! I don’t even want to repeat it. Just read that yourself. "Barely more than not taking the pill at all". Ok maybe that is true. But what would the average doctor say to you if you told him "My cycles that I get on three times a year puts me barely more at risk than if I didn’t use at all!!" He'd look at you like you’re a friggin idiot!! But he would probably read this same phrase above about female hormones and not think much of it. What kind of bullshit is that? Now, what about the last one? High blood pressure!! Now I don’t know about you guys. But I have been on some serious doses of juice. I’d say 1500mg a week of test alone, along with 1000 grams of other two other injectable items. Not counting 100mg a day of orals and 9IU of GH a day. You know what? I monitored my blood pressure during those heavy cycles. Did you know it only rode just under the borderline high side. Not much more than it did off cycle… It makes me sick to see how faintly they word their phrases and how harsh they make AAS sound.
Now let’s look at another view. Why should one NOT take the pill? In the same way, why should one not take AAS?
Who shouldn't take the pill?
Although the pill is remarkably safe for most women, you shouldn't take it if you:
- Smoke cigarettes, particularly if you're older than 35
- Have a history of strokes or blood clots
- Have liver disease
I don’t know about most you guys but don’t you pretty much give the same advice to those seeking AAS? Are we giving sound advice in most everything we say?? Or are we clandestine bathtub manufacturers giving non-medical uneducated advice!! Sounds like to me that the latter phrase is just their hype. And it sounds to me that we give pretty much the same advice as they are giving females considering the pill. Just makes me sick!! Now look at this shiza once again!!! Pros and Cons of the pill!!! Damn!!! Why can’t the NIDA, NIH, IOC, USOC, USADA, FDA, DEA, etc. etc. etc. be unbiased and give the same kind of unbiased information in relation to AAS????
Talk with your doctor about taking the pill if you have any of these conditions, since there are pros and cons depending on your personal health risks. You may still be able to take the pill if you have: - Diabetes
- High blood pressure
- Risk factors for cardiovascular disease, such as a family history or high cholesterol
Pros and cons Pros and cons!! Everything has pros and cons!! But AAS only has adverse side effects!!! Give me a damn break!!!! Ok so we talked about why not to take them, and the maybe so’s and maybe not so's. Now it’s time to see the vast array of benefits of female hormones!!
Pill pluses
Taken from www.obgyn.net. Oral contraception known as "The Pill" since it first became available in the 1960s remains the safest, most foolproof method of birth control ever devised, short of sterilization. But the Pill also has other less well-known virtues: it smooths out problem menstrual periods, protects against certain cancers and most forms of heart disease, and clears up acne. What's more, some of those benefits continue even after a woman stops taking oral contraceptives (OCs). By taking the Pill in her earlier years, a woman may prevent some of the cancers she's at higher risk for in her 50s and 60s. Despite the Pill's excellent contraceptive track record and its many non-contraceptive benefits, decades-old warnings that applied to the original, estrogen-loaded Pill persist despite evidence that the new low-dose hormone versions of the Pill (35 micrograms or less of estrogen) are safe and effective. Polls have shown that about 30% of women still believe OCs increase their risk of developing cancer or actually cause cancer. Only 5% to 20% know about the non-contraceptive benefits of OCs.
This is what doctors are being taught, The new truths on female hormones. That’s good, aren’t we all for permeating truths to society and institutions? How much efforts are truly going into the same for male hormones? How many studies do you think are turned down for funding by the NIH on studies geared towards the benefits of male hormones in comparison to those of female hormones. The truth there is a huge discrepancy between the two. Of the male hormone variety the only ones even FDA approved are Anadrol by Unimed, Oxandrolone (Oxandrin) by Searle, Upjohn Cypionate Testestosterone, and now deca Durabolin by Organon NJ. And it’s these HIV lobbyists’ that are pushing for these studies. As for female hormones theres’ too many to note. Most the studies that are being done on patented varieties (profit centers) of female hormones are funded by big pharma, and the NIH which is essentially you the tax payer.
So where do middle aged men that just want that hormonal boost that they are lacking from their teen and early adulthood years. What about aging men? The supporter of the house holds; the bread winners; What about andropausal symptoms? What’s he to do? Keep going to work, laboring all day in the hot sun with his energy down, depressed, lacking that overall feeling of well being limp noodle and all, and all the while his wife gets all jacked up on hormones so she can have a better quality of life or his daughter so she can more safely have unprotected sex???? Guys and Gals this sounds like Sexual discrimination to me!!!!
