Hey brothers, I just wanted to say something to everyone about a product IM using. Atlarge nutrition’s ETS. This has literally gave me back the ability to train legs hard again. A couple years back I hurt my knee getting ready for a squat contest. It hurt bad enough that I couldn’t train legs at all for months, slowly I got back into it. I could still only use light weight and volume train, every dam time I dropped below 10 reps my knee just killed. It was so bad that even hiking with my wife I had to use a leg brace. This went on for the last year.

Well not to long ago I started using ETS. One of the owner’s of A.L.N told me it wouldn’t kick in till about day 5, but for me it didn’t kick in till day 10. ( everyone is different ) but I have to tell everyone right now, and this is no bullshit. My knee has felt better every day, and last Sunday I hit legs as hard as I could . because of my lack of training for so long the weights were down but, I put up a 405 squat and 315 for 8 on stiff leg deadlifts, no knee pain at all. I feel great today. I cant tell anyone enough how happy Iam with this product . if any of you have extream joint pain its well worth it.

I have done more research on this product, and IM in the process of writing a full article. The makers never said it was for extream joint pain. They only stated muscle soreness. I checked a little deeper and found out that some doctors are replacing or adding the active compound to arthritis medications. All I can say is seeing is believing, look bro’s Im only writing this to let everyone how well its worked for me. Im not getting a thing for writing this, IM saying it cause its true and if any of you have joint pain like me this stuff is wonderful. I know they scored a lifetime buyer with me. Joint help is just one of the benefits of ETS but a very BIG one to some folks. Kara Bohigian, a famous female powerlifter told us how it helped her come back from major knee surgery. It also helped her to bench over 400 lbs in competition some crazy number of times in over the course of only a few weeks (i.e. it helped her recovery greatly).

Priest, you should also note a reduction in musclar soreness.

Anyway, I have always thought this product to be excellent for the MMA fighter for the qualities noted above.

If you have not tried it please do so. You will be happy you did!

Wow...Im definitely going to check it out. I have major joint pains and just dislocated my shoulder a week ago. I tried many things, and currently use GLC. Should I wait until I am done or just take both at once?

You can combine the products (unless the other product you are mentioning has much in the way of zinc, magnesium or vitamin E --- ETS has these and you do not want to overdose on them).

sure thing bro. I noticed a big reduction in muscle soreness . I was just so happy about my knee I forgot to say much about that lol.
I cant tell you guys enough how happy Iam . when you live with pain every day day in day out and for it to be gone , what can I say .

Also, I usually take ZMA, which is zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B complex. So are you saying I should not take ZMA anymore then?

Also, I dislocated my shoulders 3 week ago. My recovery is going one week behind the schedule. Will this help speed up my recovery?

If you use ETS skip the ZMA, yes.

ETS could very well speed your recovery from surgery as we have had reports of it doing just that for others.

I recieved my ETS a while ago.....and iv loved it so much. Over night things go away I love it. I feel like the next day i can just go back at it as hard if not harder then the previoius day....and iv been building on my work outs hard because of the found energy and intensity and lack of sore muscles.
